PROFILE

Established in1989, PRIME has evolved into a leading
Housewares manufacturing company in India under the dynamic vision
of Mr. Surendra Sanganeria (C.E.O.) and Mr. Jitendra Agarwal (Managing
Director). With a total area of 50,000 Sq. Ft. at the factory
at Daman, India and the modern state of the art machinery, PRIME
has gained a reputation of manufacturing only quality products
and has achieved an excellent goodwill in a short span of time.
Innovation
has been the key driver in the company’s growth. We concentrate
on innovation and develop about 20 to 30 new Products every year.
QUALITY
CONTROL

Strict quality control is maintained at each level of
production with sample checks in every hour and check points made
to control the quality. Each lot is checked before the product
is sent for final packaging to maintain the Quality standards
and achieve maximum customer reliance in the company.
RESEARCH
AND DEVELOPMENT

We have an in-house R&D department where people work
to develop new products for betterment and convenience of the
consumer. Innovation in designing, packaging, coloring, printing
and product mix are continuously carried out at the factory maintaining
global trends.

MATERIALS AND SUPPLIERS

We have a reliable set of suppliers who meet our requirements
of Standard quality in time. All the suppliers are continuously
evaluated over a period of time with reference to their performance
in lead time, quality and timely deliveries. All materials go
through quality checks to confirm if they match with approved
standards of the company.
MOULD DEVELOPMENT

Maintenance of the moulds is done in-house by the company
to make sure that the moulds are always ready to give proper production.
Renowned mould makers are selected by the company who are reliable,
have good craftsmanship and develop best quality moulds in short
time.
EXPORT
-------------
Overall exports of Plastic wares from India have shown
a steady growth in last couple of years. PRIME has set its goal
for making its presence felt in exports market too, as it has
done in Indian Market.

PROMOTION, GIFTS, PACKAGING

For over a decade, PRIME has been catering to Multinationals,
Appliance Manufacturers’ and several other corporate like
C.S.D., L.G. Electronics, Whirlpool of India, Videocon Appliances,
Godfrey Phillips, and many more for their requirements of corporate
gifts, packaging and sales promotion. We undertake to take up
OEM projects as per specific requirement of our customers in bulk
quantity.
