online. Delivery will be delivered at an approximate time and

2. How can I
place an order/make the payment?
At Prime Plastic World, we want to make your ordering and Courier
process as easy as possible. To ensure that, we will keep in touch
with you at various stages of the ordering and Courier process.
3. Order confirmation
As soon as an order is authorised for payment, you will receive
an e-mail confirmation of your order. This confirmation will indicate
your order number that you can refer to later for checking the status.

Delivery time
the delivery of the ordered items has two steps – Prime
Plastic World delivery to the courier and the Courier's delivery
to you. It will take us 7 to 10 days to deliver the ordered
items to the You.
Please
note that there are no Courier made from the store on Sundays
and public holidays as our fulfillment partner, Blue Dart
Express , does not make any pick ups on those days.
5. Can I phone or fax my order?
No, orders are accepted only online after securing your payment
through the credit card information submitted by you.

Mode. After he/she presses the Pay-Now button, we switch to Secure
Mode in order to collect the billing and shipping information.

How do I feel sure that you have correctly registered the order
placed?
After you have placed the order, you will get an e-mail confirming
each order registered with us. Please check your e-mail and if you

Are the items Courier as per the display on webpage?
The products will match the image on the website as the images have
been taken from the vendors from whom the final order is sourced.
The product specifications (weight, size, color etc.) mentioned
with the product photos are only approximate. There may, hence,
be a variation in the pictures and the respective products. Prime
Plastic World, in its absolute discretion, may deliver a similar
/ alternate product for reasons or exigencies beyond its control.

to make its services delightful for both the sender and the receiver

company who manufacture wide range of plastic product.

How much time do you take to deliver after the payment has been
made?
We shall deliver your within 3 working days of securing your payment
or on the approximate delivery date mentioned by you in the order
form, whichever is later.

What is the mode of delivery?
Delivery of product is made through renowned courier services.

How do I know that my gift has been Courier?
Confirmation through e-mail shall be sent to you after your Product
has been Courier.

Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
Yes. To cancel an order, click on the My Account link in the top
right of any page on the site. This will take you to your My Account
page, where you can click on the Track Your Pending Orders link
to view all the orders that have not yet been fulfilled. You can
then click on the Order Number that you wish to cancel and then
finally click on the Cancel Your Order link available for that order.
Please note that you can only cancel orders that have not yet entered
the Courier process.
Order Cancellation:
You can only cancel orders that are yet in the ‘Processing’
or 'Processed' phase, ie., while we have received the order and
are ready to send the same. Once you order has entered the 'Processed'
status, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Alternatively, you may
click on the Account link in the top right of any page on the site.
This will take you to your My Account page, where you can Track
Your Orders. You can then click on the Order Number to check status
for that order.
Return Policy:
Goods once courier shall not be returned on any ground/s. However,
